How do I access the Table of Contents or Index?

Table of Contents (ToC)

There is varying functionality depending upon the software and hardware used:

– On a Windows computer the ToC can be accessed by clicking on the “folded ribbon” icon displayed in the top left margin of the screen. If you do not see this Icon, try clicking on the Home icon in the bottom right of the screen.

– If opened on an iPad directly or by using iBooks, touch the top left of the screen to access the following ToC icon:ToC IconYou might have to touch it again when it appears on the top right.

– If using the Adobe Acrobat app on a tablet, the ToC can be accessed by touching the bottom of the screen and then the following icon:Adobe ToC icon– If using Kindle, the ToC cannot be easily accessed and the chapter hyperlinks are not supported. The book can be navigated using the multi-page view.

– Google “Play Books” allows the book to be read but does not support the ToC function or hyperlinks.

Sometimes these tech giants just don’t play very well together!

Index

There is no Index as such, but the software used to view the book should, in most cases, have a “Find” function.
